ANALYTICAL STUDY OF PREDICTORS OF ACHIEVEMENT OF COMPETENCY TEST OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS

Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Dokter (UKMPPD) is an exit exam in medical education. If the participants did not pass this test, it turned out to cause accumulation of number retakers from time time. This study aims analysis predictors achievement results CBT UKMPPD which includes value report cards, TPA, MMPI, and Read Write Quran, GPA stage academic education, education profession, Pre-UKMPPD. research a quantitative analytical method with cross-sectional approach. The sample selected using total sampling on first taker's students for August 2020-May 2021 that have complete data. taker who follow period 2020 – May 134 people consisting 88 Force 2014 46 2015. cards correlates strongly correlation >0.6, Profession, Pre- are associated <0.6. chi-square MMPI BTQ do indicate strong relationship UKMPPD.
